I judge heavily on first impressions, so your layout will weigh heavily on what I think of your site. If there’s any minute problem that bothers me, I will tell you without holding back. I do not sugar coat at all and can be harsh. Do not ask me to review your site if you’re afraid of criticism. I am simply doing my job when I honestly tell you what I think. For this reason, the Presentation section is always the longest. Be prepared that I will rip your layout to shreads.
Tiny font, bright layouts, weird hover effects are some of my pet peeves among the many. Another is when people can’t spell or write clearly. Grammar and language seconds the layout in importance. If anything is odd or wrong, I will point it out and edit it in the process. I like to be able to read the content on a site and understand it to the fullest. So elaborate on details and be clear in wording. If I cannot edit a grammar or sentence problem, then I will tell you to do so.
